An alternate ending.... (CINDERELLA)

Cinderella had a hard life, constantly bowing down to her step mother's needs. her ugly stepsisters were never caring or thankful. All they thought about was the prince. Cinderella and the whole family got an invite to his ball coming up. she was so excited to go. She worked on her dress every day after her chores were done until it was finished, she showed her stepmother and she was appalled. The thought that Cinderella would ever think she could go to the ball was beyond her. Cinderella was so sad, she went to her room and cried. There were vines that hung under her window all the way down to the ground. She had decided that when the rest of the family left for the ball, she would climb down them and go.

The night finally came and there was no turning back. She had climbed down the vines and had left for the ball. When she got there, she realized her invitation had been brought in by the rest of her family and she had no way of getting in. She sat on the step outside the palace and cried. She heard someone behind her and to her surprise it was the prince, asking her if she wanted to come in. She was speechless but was able to whisper out a yes. He brought her inside and her family saw her, they stormed away. She didn't care. This was the happiest she'd been in years. she danced the night away with the soon to be love of her life.

Cinderella and the prince now live in a new palace far away from her terrible family and they couldn't be happier. She now has a maid but treats her greatly, knowing how it felt back in her past days.

What is your imagination about schools of tomorrow or the future.! :)

Technology is becoming one of the essential parts of our life. We can see technology at each and every place we go. Technology helped us in developing the world and making it comfortable. So, in future, it is not a surprise if technology is used in schools too.

We are able to determine our future due to technology. So, it is likely that all schools will depend upon technology to shape young minds. There may be no school bags on children's shoulders. There might be no books at all in future. All the information might be posted on some student-friendly social-networking sites (present day example-schoology) where students will chat and discuss their problems. Students may bring any device like iPad, iPhone, tablet, laptop etc., to store any information and tasks done in it.

Instead of blackboard, there might be huge screens on which teachers can write and explain the topic. The screens may not require any marker or chalk, may be just touch, type and draw with your fingers alone. Students may ask doubts through their devices and the devices themselves may give answers to them. Students may have the advantage of finding their answers alone with the help of internet, without the teachers. All the tasks and activities will be done on the devices only.

There may be files and folders which arrange themselves in an easy and comfortable method without any interference. Maybe students will be allowed to play games on their devices in their 'so-called' games period. Instead of direct parent-teacher meetings, parents may interact with teachers through Skype or Hangouts! If technology is too advanced, may be they will talk without any movement or internet.

If our schools are enhanced with technology, our life would also be improved. It is up to us to decide whether we should use technology or we should get on the wrong side of it.

Myths and misunderstandings about certain food items.

Are you too confused with all the different advices and facts the print ads, Television Commercials and the newspapers and the magazines print about the correct diet and food habits? It’s high time these myths are busted and we stop looking for magical solutions for our needs. New studies which are showcased on a regular basis contradict the earlier research and refute common claims about the same. Behind almost all the food and nutrition myths, there is a kernel of truth present. We have to separate the science from the silliness and separate the myths from the facts.
• All processed foods are un healthy and bad:
Not all processed food items are compulsorily uh healthy because some of the processed foods keep the nutrition intact. Processed foods with sweeteners and additives are the ones to be steered clear off. Other than the food products like whole grain pasta, canned light tuna packed with sufficient water, frozen fruits and vegetables are healthy.

• Chocolates cause acne:
Many magazines and paper writ ups claim that eating chocolates causes skin problems and acne. In fact, studies have shown the benefits of dark chocolate since they contain anti oxidants in huge amounts. Dark chocolate also is proved to lower the blood pressure. With no scientific justification the only trick with this myth is to balance your calorie intake.

• Multi grain and whole grain are the same:
Whole grain contains the unrefined grains in which the components, the barn, germ and endosperm and are still intact along with all the fiber, vitamins and minerals produced by nature. But multi grain foods are made with more than one grain but none of them maybe whole grain. The bread and various other products sold under the name of wholegrain lack the nutritional value after undergoing the process of refining.

• Eggs raise cholesterol and causes heart diseases:
Most epidemiologists say that eating an egg a day will keep you healthy and definitely cause no problems. Eggs do contain cholesterol, but consumption of eggs as much as three eggs in a day with proper place for them in the diet will never pose a threat. The chief foods that cause heart problems are the saturated and trans fats.

• Beans should be eaten with rice, without which the protein will not be processed:
Proteins are made up of amino acids. The body produces 11 amino acids of 20 in all and the rest of the amino acids must be in corporated in the diet. It is never necessary to pair the intake of proteins with complementary sets of amino acids and eat the foods in same meals. Intake of appropriate amount of protein is all that matters.
Let these facts break some of the myths and misconceptions about these food items.. :)

What if I had my own planet.??

If I could have my own planet it would be about the size of Earth, orbiting in the habitable zone of a red dwarf star. Why a red dwarf? Well for one they have a pretty red color. But, more importantly they live a really really long time. They are the longest living stars, and can live for billions of years! (The Sun will have a lifetime of 10 billion years but that is nothing compared to a red dwarf!). The planet would have to be fairly close to the parent star – red dwarfs are colder than our Sun and I would want my planet to have liquid water (I personally get very thirsty and apparently water is essential to life as we know it!).
The planet’s name would be Demeter (after the Greek goddess of the harvest and fertile Earth) with the hope that it would be a bountiful planet (really that’s just the first greek goddess that came up in google that I didn’t already identify with a stellar object! – I’d have to think on the name some more).
As far as the life that would live there … that’s the tough part!! I would hope it would be extremely diverse. Since nature is far more creative than I, I think what I would ideally do is drop off a few microbes, and then come back in several billion years and see what happened. Here on Earth we started from just a small population of single celled organisms some 3.5 billion years ago and look at all that has happened!! I could never paint a world as beautiful as this on my own, so I’d cheat a little and let evolution and time help me out.! ;)

Life with superheroes..! :)

Superheroes- the ones with super strong power and super fast running abilities. Wow! it would be awesome if they are in the real life, iron man flying in the sky with vision, falcon and spidey following him and flash and quick silver going so fast to explore the universe. What if all these superheroes like that from Marvel and dc existed on earth? Do you think our life would be easy with the superheroes giving us security with their super strength and exploring new things with spaceships? Or maybe not? Yes, they would make many things easier from stopping the threats to the protection of the people. If there is any firing happening anywhere, they would control it and terrorism would be abolished. There are many advantages like this if there are superheroes but we shouldn't count the eggs before they hatch. Of course there maybe many civil wars and batman vs superman's. The happiness would only last for some time. Everything has its own set of challenges and disadvantages right? Now countries are fighting with weapons and military, at that time they would fight with superheroes and spaceships which may cause a lot more destruction. There maybe many villains in the superheroes too. Who knows someone like dead pool would come and destroy the whole world. There maybe misunderstandings and some may want to rule the world, then we will have to get freedom from them and I think they are much stronger than the napoleon and hitler. So, there would be more chaos in the world than happiness. In my opinion, life is better if we lead it in a simple way. That is what live life the lean way suggests. We don't need uranium shields or magnet controlling people to make our lives better but we should have humanity in ourselves and be ready to overcome anything
